Steps to Fix PUBG Mobile Lag on Phoenix OS
- Install PUBG Mobile on Phoenix OS.
- Download PUBG Mobile Lag fix.zip.
- Extract the zip file.
- After extracting, the following text file will appear.
- Open the text file using the editor.
- Click on the Edit option.
- Then select and copy the text as shown below.
- Close the text file and navigate to the following location.
- Open File Explorer.
- Click on Internal Storage.
- Open the Android folder.
- Then open the Data folder.
- On the next screen, open com.tencent.ig folder.
- Then, open the Files folder.
- Now, open the UE4Game folder.
- Open the ShadowTrackerExtra folder.
- Then, open the ShadowTrackerExtra folder.
- Next, open the Saved folder.
- On the next screen, open the Config folder.
- Next, open the Android folder.
- Lastly, open Usercustom.ini file.
- Open this file in the editor.
- Click on the Edit option. Then select the text as shown below.
- Delete this text.
- Now paste the text that we copied earlier.
- Click on the Save button to save the text file.
- Close everything.
- Then click on Start and launch Google Play Store.
- Type L Speed App in the search bar.
- Install the L Speed application.
- After successful installation, launch the app.
- As soon as you open the app, the Superuser request will popup.
- So click on the Allow option.
- This will open the app. Click on Next.
- Then change the Disabled option to Performance.
- Again click on Next.
- On the next screen, change the Profile from Disabled to Performance.
- Click on next. Then click on Done.
- From the Dashboard, click on ≡ the Menu option.
- From the list of options, click on Main Tweaks.
- In the Main Tweaks, click on Boost Now option.
- Then, in the Boost Scheduler option, change the Disabled to 30 min.
- Change the Window animation scale, Transition animation scale, and Animator duration scale from 0 to .5x.
- Next, open the CPU Tuner option from the Dashboard Menu.
- Enable CPU Optimizer option.
- Now click on RAM Manager from the menu settings.
- In the RAM Manager, change Balanced to Gaming.
- Close the L Speed app now.
- Open Settings of your Phoenix OS.
- In Settings, open AutoRun.
- Enable autorun for L Speed.
- Download the GLTools app.
- Install and launch the app.
- The following screen will appear. Click on PUBG Mobile.
- From the General menu, enable Custom settings for this app option.
- Then enable the Allow framebuffer MSAA option.
- Now click on the GPU name/emulation tab.
- Enable the Use fake GPU info option.
- Lastly, click on the Fake GL_RENDERER option.
- Then select GPU: Mali-G72.

i am not getting much lag to begin with other than the occisional frame drops which do not last more than a few seconds
Yes, you may use the Lagfix.zip file since I’ve updated it as per the latest PUBG mobile. However, if it doesn’t work, you can try L speed and GLTools. If there is still any lag, do let me know.
