Wow man this really worked, and wasn’t so complicated. Thank you very much, I’m very grateful since we in Argentina didn’t receive the OTA update yet and now I have my A520F with OREO! Keep posting cool stuff, and specially thanks for the google drive link, didn’t have to wait ages to download
Hey, Thanx for your effort, it really worked.
Can you Please add Security Patches Received in june 2018 for Galaxy A5 (2018) Oreo. And also procedure how to flash the security patches using odin. Thank You.
Sure dude.
Your Tutorial above with Pictures is the Best I have Seen to Understand about Flashing Rom. Otherwise it was really confusing wether to flash “CSC” or “Home_CSC. Solution everywhere else where confusing about the CSC file.
Great Job.
Thank you.
Sorry for Bothering You, But do you know how to reset knox ?
The issue is, i tried rooting A5 (2017) when i was on Nought, I rooted Successfully but was unable to use samsung pay & secure folder features dependent on knox, beacure knox gets tripped after rooting. So i thought unrooting & flashing a new stock will fix the knox issue, but its not so. Knox cannnot be reset.
Do you have any idea how to fix the knox issue ? Can we call samsung care for that ? or the samsung service centre agent can fix it by flashing(I read someone succesfully did so on XDA) ? Is It Possible ?
Thank you in advance.
As far as I know, it is not possible to reset Knox. Even though there are many articles related to resetting Knox (like triangle away app) but they hardly work. Samsung used to do it on older phones. But after they reset the PBA, it became very difficult. Sorry my friend but even the Samsung care won’t be able to help you in this matter.
